It is not possible to delete Partners. However, Partners can be deactivated by unticking the box ‘Active’ in the 'Edit partner' screen. Removing the tick deactivates the Partner. Deactivated Partners are indicated by a red dot in the list of Partners and active Partners are indicated by a green dot.
For example, this function can be used if a museum or attraction is closed for extended period of time (at least 1 year) or is closed permanently. This means that the data remains in the system, but that the Partner no longer appears in invitation lists and so forth. That’s because there could be details linked to a partner that would be lost were that partner to be deleted.
Other Members can be deleted. In the Other Members overview, click on the 'cross' icon corresponding to the member that needs to be removed from the system. Clicking on the trash bin icon opens a confirmation window.
