Partners can be arranged in groups. There are two types of groups: subregions and selection of participants. The new group will be displayed in one of two fields in the comparison module, depending on which type of group has been selected. The partner groups will also be included in the module pages.

Under selection of participants partner groups can be created across modules – for example, museums and attractions can be grouped by topics.

Under subregions partner groups can be created to indicate geographical regions – for example in order to group all partners according to district or neighbourhood.


To create partner groups follow the next steps:

1. Open 'Users/Partners'. The module can be started directly from the ‘Welcome’ screen of the account management section or by selecting 'Users/Partners' in the module selection on top of the page.

2. Click 'Partner groups' in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen

3. Select 'Add'.

4. Enter a name for the new partner group and indicate if it’s a selection or a subregion under 'Type'.

5. Now tick all partners that fall under the new partner group.

7. To save the Partner group, click 'save' in the bottom left.


Edit or delete Partner group

Click the Edit pictogram (paper and pen) at the end of the row with the name of the partner group to edit that partner group. Or click the Cross pictogram to delete this partner group.




Used in Users/Partners (Account Administrators) and Manage Users/Partners (Barometer Administrators)
