The module can be started directly from the ‘Welcome’ screen of the account management section or by selecting Barometer in the module selection on top of the page. Then, select in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen 'Invitation'.

This starts up the module to send out the monthly invitation email to remind partners that they need to enter their data into the Barometer.

To ensure that all partners receive the email at the same time, click: '''"Click here to send the invites"'''. A list is generated of the all the members that will receive an email to allow for confirmation that all required members are in the list.

Clicking on the ‘Send (000 x) invitations’ button sends the collective invitations. The ‘000’ is a variable number indicating the total number of invitations that will be sent.

You may also choose to send an individual invitation, for example if you notice halfway through the month that some partners have not entered their data yet.

This happens as follows:

1. Go to 'Users/Partners' (by selecting it in the module selection on top of the page).

2. Select in the menu on the left-hand side 'Partners'.

3. Search for the respective partner in the list.

4. Click 'Show users' behind the respective partner.

5. If there are several users, select the correct user by clicking the user name (or by clicking the paper with pen icon).

6. On the bottom left of the screen is a button saying: '''"Click here to send invite to the selected user."''' Please Note: a valid email address needs to be entered and the ‘Receive e-mail’ option needs to be activated.
