Select ‘Other Members’ from the left-hand menu followed by ‘Add user. The following details should then be entered: name, telephone number, email address, user name, password and whether the member should receive email.

Click on ‘Save’ after entering the data.

You can tidy up the file by exporting the complete list to Excel, go through it there, edit where necessary and import back into the Barometer. This import function can also be used separately if a large number of other members has to be added to the system when setting up the Barometer.
